I’m a calm, reliable, and animal-loving person who truly enjoys spending time with pets and making sure they feel safe, understood, and well cared for. My motivation for pet sitting comes from my genuine love for animals and the happiness I feel when I can support pet owners by keeping their companions comfortable and content.

I have experience caring for both cats and dogs for friends and neighbours, including feeding, walking, playtime, litter box and basic grooming routines, and keeping pets company when their owners are away. Over the years, I’ve worked with a variety of personalities—from shy cats who need slow, gentle interaction to energetic dogs who love long walks and active play.

I always try to adapt to each pet’s unique needs. For example, I once cared for a very timid rescue cat who would hide at the slightest noise. By sitting quietly in the room each day and letting her approach in her own time, she eventually became comfortable enough to sit beside me. I’ve also handled energetic dogs who needed structure, such as using clear cues and a calm tone to make walks safe and enjoyable.

During home visits, I follow your pet’s normal routine closely: feeding at their usual time, refreshing water, giving enrichment or cuddles depending on their preferences, and keeping their space clean. Safety is very important to me—I double-check doors and gates, use secure leads on walks, and stay aware of my surroundings to avoid unsafe encounters with other animals.

While my rental home doesn’t allow pets, I’m happy to care for your pet in their familiar environment, where they feel most at ease. My goal is to provide warm, trustworthy, and responsible care so both you and your pet feel supported and relaxed.
