Hi! My name is Polina, and I would love to help take care of your pet with warmth, patience, and genuine attention. I offer pet care and homestay in Helsinki in a calm, caring home environment. Animals have always been a big part of my life. I grew up around pets, previously had two dogs, and have often helped with my friends’ dogs, although not professionally yet. I am now looking for my first official pet sitting experience and would be happy to build trust with both pets and their owners.

My main motivation is simple: I truly enjoy being around animals. I love their different personalities: playful, shy, cuddly, independent, dramatic little princes and princesses included. I believe good pet care is not only about feeding and walking, but also about understanding each animal’s boundaries, routine, energy level, and needs. Some pets want attention and games, while others need space and calm company. I respect both.

At the moment, I have a six-month-old vaccinated male puppy at home. He is friendly and still learning, so I can only host pets that are comfortable around young dogs. For safety, I only accept vaccinated pets into my home. I also cannot host aggressive dogs, unvaccinated pets, or female dogs in heat, since my puppy is not neutered yet. A short meet-and-greet before booking would be ideal, so we can make sure everyone feels comfortable.
