Hi! I’m Elisa, a 23-year-old Master’s student from Italy, currently living in Jyväskylä for my Erasmus semester. I joined Pawshake because I genuinely love animals and would be very happy to spend some of my free time taking care of dogs and giving them company while their owners are busy. I’ve always loved animals and I’m a caring, patient and responsible person. I enjoy being outdoors, so going for walks with a dog would be something I’d genuinely look forward to! I understand that every dog has its own personality, habits and needs, and I’m happy to follow the owner’s instructions carefully, whether that means a particular walking routine, feeding schedule or simply giving the dog some extra attention and cuddles. I’m mainly available for dog walking, home visits and daytime pet sitting. Walks can last around 30–60 minutes depending on the dog and the service booked. During a home visit, I can provide food and water, take the dog outside, play with them and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I’m comfortable with friendly dogs of different sizes and personalities. I would be happy to meet the dog beforehand so we can make sure we’re a good match. As I’m a student, my availability can vary depending on my university schedule, but I can usually be quite flexible, especially during the day and on weekends. I’m currently living in Jyväskylä and would prefer bookings that are reasonably easy for me to reach. My goal is simple: for you to feel relaxed knowing that your dog is in good hands, and for your dog to have a safe, happy and enjoyable time while you’re away. 🐾
