Heti ensikohtaamisesta lähtien kaikesta huomasi että Mirella on tottunut toimimaan elänten kanssa: hän sai heti hyvän kontaktin koiraamme, joka on yleensä hiukan varautunut vieraita kohtaan. Viestintä sujui hyvin sekä hoitoa sovittaessa että sen aikana, ja oli mukavaa saada myös kuvia hoidon aikana. Oli ihanaa hakea kotiin hyväntuulinen, rentoutuneen oloinen koira!

A really successful first treatment session for our 1-year-old male dog at Mirella's! Right from the first meeting, it was obvious that Mirella is used to working with animals: she immediately made good contact with our dog, who is usually a little reserved towards strangers. Communication went well both when arranging the treatment and during it, and it was nice to also receive pictures during the treatment. It was wonderful to take back home a cheerful, relaxed dog!

Meidän "Justiina" oli vajaan viikon Auran hoivassa. Viesteihin vastataan salamannopeasti, aikataulut järjestyi todella hyvin ja statuspäivityksiä tuli tasaisesti koko ajan. Erityisen iso plussa myös loistavasta lokaatiosta jonka johdosta hoivattavan vienti ja tuonti oli erityisen vaivatonta.
Tulen varmasti käyttämään Auran koiranhoitopalveluita tulevaisuudessakin!"

"We were super happy by how well Amritha had prepared and managed everything while taking care of our cats! Our cats enjoyed a week of play and petting in a cat friendly apartment equipped with lots of toys and scratching surfaces, as well as a cat safe balcony. We were happy to receive photos and updates about our cats, which build lots of trust in their wellbeing at Amritha's place. She was very flexible with leaving and picking up the cats, knowledgeful about cat behavior and needs, and wanted to take into account the needs of our cats and enforcing their routines and desired behavior. We are very likely to ask Amritha to look after our cats next time we need a catsitter! "

"Our dogs had fun with Christabella and her spouse. As dogsitters they were very responsible and communicative and ready to check with us if anything was unclear. Our other dog is still a puppy so lots of work/a handful and they had the needed patience and sense of humor that taking care of a puppy demands :) Very flexible and easy to approach, warm people!"

"Thanks a lot for Sandra for taking care of my dogs 🐶
It’s not an easy job to deal with two pretty big and stubborn dogs but Sandra did it perfectly! I received regular detail updates with photos. Sandra took into account every single detail about dogs, walked with them a lot, brushed them, were super patient about any inconvenience that dogs can make.
I am very happy to find such a great dog sitter! I will be happy to leave dogs with Sandra in the future "
