"Yvonne hoiti loistavasti meidän kolmea rescue kissaa, joilla kaikilla hiukan erilaiset tarpeet.
Näistä sosiaalisimman tapauksen kanssa hän jaksoi leikkiä pitkään ja hartaasti, kun kissa tätä halusi. Toisen kanssa hän myös oli päässyt hiukan leikin makuun, mikä on paljon, sillä kyseessä arka kissa, joka harvemmin tulee vieraiden luokse. Kolmas kissa on todella arka ja hänen annettiin olla sopivasti rauhassa.
Kuvia tuli paljon ja raportointi käynneistä oli kattavaa. Kommunikointi onnistui sujuvasti englanniksi ja myös kissoista kovasti yleensä huolissaan oleva puoliso sai mielenrauhaa, kun tiesi että kissat ovat hyvissä käsissä!
Yvonne took excellent care of our three rescue cats, each with their own unique needs. She spent a lot of time patiently playing with our most social cat, exactly as the cat wanted. She also managed to engage a bit in play with our shy cat — quite an achievement, as he rarely approaches strangers. Our third cat is extremely timid, and Yvonne respected her space perfectly, allowing her to stay comfortable and undisturbed.
We received plenty of photos and very detailed reports from every visit, which kept us well informed. Communication was smooth and clear in English, and even my partner — who is usually very anxious about leaving the cats — felt at ease knowing they were in such capable and caring hands.

"Kaikki sujui erinomaisesti Seran kanssa ja kotona vastassa oli tyytyväinen ja levollinen Max-kissa. Sera hoiti Maxia lämmöllä ja ammattitaidolla, ja myös ylitti meidän odotukset monin tavoin. Oli myös mukavaa saada kuvia ja päivityksiä käynneistä. Olimme reissussa hyvin levollisin mielin kiitos Seran. Suosittelen ehdottomasti Seraa kaikille kissan hoitoa tarvitseville!"
