"Ekaterina looked after our dog for one night and all went really well. She gave updates and it seemed that our dog was well taken care of and enjoying himself. "Koirani Iines oli viikonloppuna ensimmäistä kertaa hoidossa Katrin luona. Kävimme etukäteen tutustumassa hoitopaikkaan ja minulle tuli heti luottavainen olo ja pystyin jättämään Iineksen hyvillä mielin hoitoon. Kaikki oli mennytkin oikein hyvin. Kommunikointi Katrin kanssa oli sujuvaa. Vien Iineksen mielelläni uudestaankin Katrin luo hoitoon 😊"

"Vera on ihana hoitaja! Jouduin ensimmäistä kertaa jättämään keskikokoisen rescuekoirani perheen ulkopuoliselle henkilölle ja hieman jännitti, miten koirani ja Vera tulee pärjäämään. Huolehdin aivan turhaan, kaikki meni ongelmitta. Koirani tykästyi Veraan ensinäkemältä ja tuntui hyvältä ja luottavaiselta jättää Irma hoitoon. Lähdin viiden yön reissuun stressaamatta ja tiesin koirani olevan hyvissä käsissä. Tulen jatkossakin jättämään koirani Veran hoiviin. Ihanaa, kun vihdoin löysin luottohoitajan, joka selkeästi tulee koirien kanssa toimeen."

"We were super happy by how well Amritha had prepared and managed everything while taking care of our cats! Our cats enjoyed a week of play and petting in a cat friendly apartment equipped with lots of toys and scratching surfaces, as well as a cat safe balcony. We were happy to receive photos and updates about our cats, which build lots of trust in their wellbeing at Amritha's place. She was very flexible with leaving and picking up the cats, knowledgeful about cat behavior and needs, and wanted to take into account the needs of our cats and enforcing their routines and desired behavior. We are very likely to ask Amritha to look after our cats next time we need a catsitter! "

Viesteihin vastataan salamannopeasti, aikataulut järjestyi todella hyvin ja statuspäivityksiä tuli tasaisesti koko ajan. Erityisen iso plussa myös loistavasta lokaatiosta jonka johdosta hoivattavan vienti ja tuonti oli erityisen vaivatonta. Tulen varmasti käyttämään Auran koiranhoitopalveluita tulevaisuudessakin!"

"i couldn't give more praise to Nadya. Winston absolutely loved his time with her, she took absolutely amazing care of him, she communicated all the time super well and everything was done better than expected and asked for. They went for car rides and adventures (which were obviously pre-confirmed to be ok), they were outside a lot and Nadya gave me quite a few good points from a new perspective, which I asked for. I will absolutely contact Nadya in the future if Winston needs a new vacation, I think Winston was more sad to say bye at drop off than he was happy to see me."
